Terms of Use

SentientOS is provided by Sentient Connect LLC to support authorized personal-development, recovery-support, organizational, and related program workflows. You may use the service only through an account assigned to you and only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, choosing a private password, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Selecting each required acknowledgment and typing your legal name shows your intent to sign electronically. Sentient Connect may retain the accepted document versions, signature, timestamp, account identifier, and reasonable device or request evidence as an acceptance record.

You need an internet-connected device, a current browser or supported app, an active account email address, and the ability to view and save or print electronic records. You may request an available paper copy or withdraw consent to future electronic records by contacting Sentient Connect. Withdrawal does not undo prior records and may prevent continued use of features that require electronic delivery.

SentientOS, AURA Genesis, DISC information, and MIND | BODY | SPIRIT Triangulation are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, emergency services, or advice from a licensed professional.

If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Do not rely on SentientOS for emergency monitoring or response.

You retain responsibility for the information you submit. You authorize Sentient Connect and its approved service providers to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide. Staff users must access client information only within their authorized role and organizational scope.

AURA and other automated features may produce incomplete or incorrect output. Review important decisions with an appropriately qualified person and use your own judgment before acting.

Automated suggestions do not create a clinician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

DISC results are self-reported behavioral reflections, not diagnoses, employment tests, clinical conclusions, or fixed statements of identity. You remain responsible for correcting results that do not fit and for deciding whether and how to use them.

Goals, suggested actions, scores, streaks, and program activities do not guarantee health, recovery, employment, financial, relationship, or other outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions and should stop and seek qualified help when an activity is unsafe or inappropriate for you.

You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious material, unlawfully collect another person’s information, or use SentientOS to harm, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against anyone.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit SentientOS, AURA Genesis, Sentient Connect branding, or proprietary workflows except through a separate written agreement.

Features may change as SentientOS develops. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily limit availability.

Sentient Connect may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address misuse. Program or employment agreements may impose additional requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, SentientOS is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature or automated result will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Sentient Connect may update these terms as the service changes. When a material update requires renewed consent, SentientOS may ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing.

An organization, provider, employer, or program may give you additional agreements or privacy notices. These general Terms do not replace any separate authorization, Notice of Privacy Practices, consent for disclosure, or other form required by applicable health, substance-use-record, employment, or state law.
