IOP three times each week when clinically appropriate and part of the resident’s care plan.
Household responsibilities and respectful shared living.
Fitness, nutrition, recovery actions, and personal goals.
SentientOS check-ins and AURA Genesis support for reflection and follow-through.
Time for appointments, relationships, recreation, and independent living responsibilities.
The structure is meant to support life—not replace it. Residents practice managing the same responsibilities they will need after Northstar.
